The Children’s Festival is a one-day Renaissance Faire for children of all ages. This year's festival will include over twenty arts and crafts tables, strolling minstrels, jugglers, face-painters, a bridge-guarding troll, sword dancing, medieval fencing, the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release Bird presentation,Queen Elizabeth, Pepper the Witch, Penny the Clown, Mother Goose, and Claude - the life-sized mechanical dragon. Children of all ages are welcome and ostumes are encouraged!
There are two sessions: from 9am - noon and from 5pm - 8pm. There is a $3 charge per session. Refreshments will be available for purchase. The Children’s Festival is sponsored by the Nevada City Rotary Club.

    Thank you for posting this! I didn't know anything about it. We just finished studying this time period so this will be perfect! We are SO there! My parents come to town tomorrow, so this will be a perfect outing to do with them. We'll be at the evening session. Thank you!
