Grades: 7 - 12
A camera can capture an instance, a beautiful scene, a memory, a piece of history, and more. Learn how to use your camera and develop an eye for capturing that special moment.  Assignments have you using your camera in unique ways and putting a different perspective and point of view on subjects that you may never have considered before.

Altered Art
Lincoln Campus
Grades: 7 - 12
Come explore this exciting and broad medium that encompasses many styles and genres of art. At it’s most basic Altered Art means using creative techniques and tools to alter and change an item (often found items or items whose obvious use might not be artistic in nature) to give it a new purpose and artistic meaning. Think Bottle caps and dominoes, metal tins and wire, paint and ink, molding paste and.... so much more! Let's make some funky Altered Art!

American Sign Language

Learn about the culture and how to communicate with the deaf through vocabulary, gestures, fingerspelling and body language. Let's create pictures with our hands!!
