People often ask how we are different from other classes offered. First - as in any craft, we focus on training over experience. While experience can be a good teaching tool, bad habits, such as using the voice incorrectly and damaging the vocal chords, or drawing on personal emotions that may be damaging to the psyche, are but a few.
Your children are also aught by professionals with degrees in theatre from prestigious universities, who have up to 35 years teaching the craft under their belts.
Fall Stage, provides thorough training in the theatre arts in every aspect of a working theatre, from learning acting tools and skills as well as all other disciplines of the theatre from, but not exclusive too, set and costume design and analyzing (including writing scripts), all within a nurturing environment and fostering a lifelong enthusiasm for learning and excellence in the craft, whether they go on to theatre as a profession, or just for the love of the art and its creativity.
We also offer classes for adults: in Acting, Voice and Movement, Stage Make-up, Scene Study, and Play-writing.
