Move America Forward Volunteer Morning - Shipping Care Packages

Thank you for sharing this with your network, we hope to have a good crowd at the event to help label the Care Packages. Here is an overview of the event. Please let me know if anyone is interested in going. It will help us out a great deal. We have about 1200 boxes that will be going out that morning. It would really be a huge help. We will be giving away some t-shirts as well. A head count would help so I can make sure to order a shirt for them, knowing if they are a kid or not to get smalls, mediums etc. Hope some can make it out.

The labeling consists of just taking label and sticking it on the individual box.

                                             8:00 AM               - Volunteers Arrive for labeling and unloading

9:30 AM (est.)     - TV segment #2 (3 - 5 min)

TBA                       - Deliver Cake & T-shirt to Good Day Anchors on air (end of Show)

Volunteer activity:            Volunteer will help unload care packages from truck, label the care packages, and deliver Care packages to Post Office personnel
