The Date for this class is Thursday, May 15th, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Museum time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
Information on the class: Amazing Rocks III
We bring an amazing array of specimens into your classroom to cover the basics about rocks. But wait, there's more! A staff science educator provides an appropriate grade level program for your budding geologists and paleontologists. Students learn about life through time by placing real fossils on a six foot time line. California fossils are part of this enhanced fourth & fifth grade program.
It is $15.00 per child.
If you have to cancel, I can reimburse, if I can find someone to take your spot. (To cover the cost of this class and museum entrance, I need 20 students to participate.) Also note, if you are a museum member, it's the same price. (I asked, since we are members.)
Older grade levels are welcome.

P.S. If anyone wants to meet at noon for lunch, they have some inviting benches outside the museum where we could gather and eat our sack lunches. If anyone is interested in meeting early, let me know!
