SCIENCE CLASSES JUST ADDED!

HE'S BACK!!

As many of you already know, our beloved science teacher, Harold Davies, experienced a serious medical emergency at the start of this semester's class session and had to abruptly cancel all of his classes.  We are happy to announce he has made a full recovery and, while we realize it is short notice, he has agreed to squeeze in four of his original science classes to begin next Monday, March 23rd!

Li'l Hands Science Labs, Grades K-2
6-Week Session
March 23, 2015 to May 4, 2015
(No Class 4/6/15 - Spring Break)
Mondays 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Budding Scientists will delight in this hands-on interactive science class where they will be introduced to the science concepts and principles of chemistry, life science, and physics while having fun making slime, bubbles, rainbow colors, and exploring the microscopic world of pond life, and much more!  See Full Course Description Here

Jr. Boom Science Labs Grades 2-5
8-Week Session
March 23, 2015 to May 18, 2015
(No Class 4/6/15 - Spring Break)
Mondays 1:00 p.m.to 2:00 p.m.

What could be more fun than watching things explode? How about making slime, examining the wonders of dry ice and all its magical properties, or making things pop, sizzle and smoke?  Sound fun? Then this is the class for you! See Full Course Description Here   

Middle School Science Labs I
Grades 6-8
7-Week Session
March 23, 2015 to May 11, 2015
(No Class 4/6/15 - Spring Break)
Mondays 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
 
This class is designed to meet some of the more difficult Physical Science, Chemistry, and Life Science standards, including an introductory lab dissection. Students will learn proper lab techniques and work with others to gather data. See Full Course Description Here

Middle School Science Labs II
Grades 6-8
7-Week Session
March 23, 2015 to May 11, 2015
(No Class 4/6/15 - Spring Break)
Mondays 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This class is designed to meet some of the more difficult Physics, Earth Science, Astronomy, Bio-Chemistry, and Life Science standards. Students will learn proper lab techniques and work with others to gather data. Course also includes introduction to dissection in Week 7 with the dissection of a Dogfish Shark.  See Full Course Description Here
