Spring is here and we are ready to explore and discover with you! We have many exciting events this beautiful spring season! Come join us as we adventure through the great outdoors and discover the beauty and magic of the natural world. Upcoming Events April 2017 Story Time Tree Tales: April 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Join the fun as we read a book about nature followed by a guided hike along one of our trails! Program is FREE and geared for preschool children. This program will be held every Saturday in April from 10:30 - 11:30 am at the Placer Nature Center - 3700 Christian Valley Rd, Auburn Astronomy and Star Gazing: April 8th Explore planets, stars, and systems with local astronomers! This event is great for the whole family! Program costs $7.00 per person. Please call 530-878-6053 to register. The event will take place from 6:30-9:30 pm at the Placer Nature Center - 3700 Christian Valley Rd, Auburn May 2017 Story Book Trail: May 04, 2017 Come join us as parents and caregivers lead their children on a trail of pages about the natural world. Program is FREE and will take place between 10:30 am - 11:15 am at the Colfax Library - 10 W.Church St, Colfax Story Time Tree Tales: May 6th Join the fun as we read a book about nature followed by a guided hike along one of our trails!
