Soup Mix Workshop, N. Sac

This is our ELEVENTH year of offering soup mix workshops!
Bring your kids. We'll talk about nutrition and food allergies while making healthy, easy to prepare meals for our families.

All dry ingredients are provided.
Please bring quart jars or Ziplocs, markers and labels.
I'll have recipes for the list of soups below and will give you a tinyurl with directions to prepare soups after the workshop so that you can print on pretty paper for gifts, or print a set for your cookbook.
Soups are $5.25 each.
Recipe Booklets are $10 each.  My girls' artwork graces the pages that will give you soup mix recipes, directions for making the soups and serving suggestions.

We'll have beans, grains, herbs, spices and seasonings ready to
create soups from around the world!  Each mix will make a crockpot
full of soup, enough to serve 6-8 people. So you could have 10 meals to feed a family for under $55!
Many of the ingredients are organic, as I’m able to purchase them.  And all are gluten free and GMO free.

Please feel free to bring a friend and pass the word along.
All soup mixes are vegetarian, as well as gluten and dairy free.  My kitchen is completely free of all gluten and I understand food allergies, so you can rest assured that you're safe.
And, on the flip side, if you'd like to add meat or dairy to a soup, that is easy to do when you cook it.

They make great gifts, too.
I'll give you a link for directions and serving suggestions so you can print and customize.

My home is in Hagginwood, North Sacramento, between Business 80 and I-80.
3361 Albany Way.
