VCA football includes homeschool high schoolers - sign up now

It's that time again when I want to let families know there is a place where their homeschooled teens can play sports with a local christian school.  Details follow:

Valley Christian Academy in Roseville has a vibrant sports program which includes football, volleyball, baseball, golf, and others.  Families can participate in their sports by enrolling in their homeschool PSP.  Details on requirements and costs can be had by contacting Kathy Gunter at the contact info below.

Currently the football team is forming and beginning practicing.  Yes, they weight train and practice throughout most of the summer.  This head start on practicing makes for a better and safer team. Games begin in Sept and go through Nov.

If you have a 9-12 grade student interested in football (or any sport for that matter) I suggest you call Kathy to get the required info and to sign up.  VCA is a small school so the homeschool players can help fill out a team and are welcome.

Our son is on his 3rd and final year with VCA football and we have enjoyed the experience all around.

I can answer most football team questions but Kathy would be the best to answer questions on joining the PSP to qualify for sports participation.

Blessings,
Nancy Tilford
