My name is Beth Boyum and my husband and I have four kids, ages 22, 19, 17, and 14. We have been homeschooling from the beginning and have been involved with the ministry of Worldview Academy (WVA) for the past 9 years. We have sent our kids to their summer camps yearly and our girls have served as staff/interns. My husband and I are deeply grateful for their ministry to teens and their impact for the glory of God not just in the lives of our kids, but thousands upon thousands of teens nationwide. Their Christ-exalting faculty and staff have consistently modeled what it means to be a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ and how to live that out in the every day. They have taught our kids how to answer their own hard questions about their faith and equally importantly how to extend the truth of the gospel of Christ in genuine love to others.
We have prayed for years that the Lord would open the door to offer their teaching to both the adults AND teens of our area by hosting a local Christianity and Culture conference. He has answered and exceeded that prayer! We are pleased to announce TWO local WVA events for 2019: 1) WVA Ministry night January 8th and 2) WVA Christianity and Culture Conference, April 5-6th (save the date!)
