Summer Dance Classes for Teens

Summer dance classes – for homeschooled teens ages 14-18

Here are details for the summer dance classes that Joyce Henkel is coordinating.  Please read all the info below and contact her if you're interested.
--------------------
Hi everyone,
After hearing back from some families and finding out there is enough interest to proceed, I’m happy to share the details about dance classes available this summer. Even if you did not respond to the original email, this class will be open to the whole group. Please read through the info and see if it’s a fit for your teens. If so, follow the instructions at the end. Thanks!

Class day/time/dates:
Monday’s, 1:00-2:00pm
June 11 and 25
July 9 and 23
August 6 and 20

Cost is $10 per class per student
Payment in advance (first day of class) and a commitment to all 6 classes is requested, however we know some families may already have summer plans, so if you know there are one or two classes you can’t attend, an adjustment to price can be made. Also I think the instructor is open to a discounted price if you have more than two students.

Location: Malko Dance Studio
2840 Auburn Blvd
(Same location where dances have been held)
Instructor: Mr. Salazar
Dance type-swing, cha cha, salsa etc.

Homeschooled teens (14-18) who will be in high school this fall are welcome to participate in the classes.
There will be a dress code, less formal than the dances “dressy casual” but in keeping with the rules for modest dress.

So if you’ve read all that-congratulations! If you have teens who will be attending please email me at joyce@markhenkel.com the following info by Wednesday May 30th:
Name of student
Age
And indicate if you are available for all of the dates (All dates) -or-
Specific dates you WILL attend (so that I can be sure there are enough students for each class, and to calculate total payments to be received).

On May 31st, I’ll compile the info and email all of the families with specific payment info, dress code and any further instructions from the instructor.

Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.

Looking forward to your responses.
:) Joyce
