Sombrero Time Newsletter

December 2016

¡Feliz Navidad!

The team at Sombrero Time wishes you and your families a wonderful holiday. We have loved working with your students this year and are looking forward to a 2017 full of more Spanish language learning!

Below, you can hear the beginning students at Sombrero Time Granite Bay singing "Dulce Navidad."

Mexican Culteral Event - Posada Navideña

Skip the North Pole this Christmas and let the talented dancers and musicians of Ballet Folklórico de Sacramento bring all the fun. Experience a traditional Christmas processional (posada), Mexican holiday music (villancicos), a visit from the Three Wise Men, a festive piñata scene and plenty of Ballet Folklórico's legendary choreography.

It all takes place on the eve before Christmas Eve at The Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom -- a perfect opportunity for the entire family to come together and start a fun new holiday tradition together.
