Designed in cooperation with NASA, the Challenger Learning Center is an interactive educational program that uses the excitement of space flight simulation to inspire students. Students will apply Math and Science to solve real-life challenges.

Our group will be doing the Rendezvous With Comet Halley Program - In 2061, Comet Halley is returning to our part of the solar system. A team of astronauts constructs a probe, plots an intercept course, and navigates the spacecraft in search of the comet. The objective is to launch the probe through the tail and collect data for research.

This program is for grades 5 and up only.

The cost is $21 per student.

There are limited chaperone spaces. There is one free chaperone space for every six students. Due to space limitations, they would prefer we not exceed this ratio.
