Sombrero Time

Welcome Back to Sombrero Time!

Hola Sombrero Time families,

We hope everyone had a fantastic summer! We are excited for the 2017-2018 school year and have already had a great first week of class. Our classrooms have both new and familiar faces and we're looking forward to what this school year has in store!

Summer Camp Rewind

We had a great time in our Sombrero Time Summer Sessions! Not only did K-2nd grade students get a fun introduction to Spanish, but 7th & 8th grade students received a fundamental preview to their first year of Spanish in high school as well. Way to keep the learning going, chicos!

Student Corner

An integral part of our continued education through the Junior High program is offering volunteer opportunities. Click HERE to find our FaceBook page and watch a short clip on how two students (in their 6th year in our program) are now passing on their Spanish to a new generation of students.

Monthly Student Learning Objectives

Sombrero Time teachers cover a wide variety of content and learning objectives each month. Over time the process builds reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
