Service Opportunity: APC Gala

I hope this message finds you well! My name is Helen Ivakhov and I am the Community Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator at Alternatives Pregnancy Center. I am emailing you regarding our upcoming fundraising event that will take place on October 2nd at the Citrus Heights Community Center. The event is a Gala - Dinner benefitting the APC ministry. APC is a non-profit, State of California licensed medical clinic and pregnancy resource center that offers FREE & CONFIDENTIAL pregnancy resources to women in our community.
I am in charge of recruiting and coordinating volunteers at the Gala this year and I am in dire need of teens/youth/men/etc., to volunteer their time and efforts at the event!
We are looking to find a total of 100 volunteers  (beyond our lovely staff and Gala committee) and any help that we can get from you/your youth group/ homeschool group/ etc., would be an incredible blessing and very much appreciated!

We are looking to fill the following time slots and positions at the Gala:

Job schedule includes:
Before the Event--- (We will caffeinate you and provide you sugar!)
9 am to 2pm: Decorating and Set Up! (Need 20 Volunteers)
9 am to 2pm:: Balloon Décor Team (Need 10 Volunteers)

During the Event --- (Dinner provided!)
3:45 pm to 9:00 pm : Servers (Need 40 Volunteers)
4:30 pm to 9:00 pm : Raffle Ticket Sales Assistants ( Need 10 Volunteers)

After the Event ----
9:00 pm to 11:00 pm Clean up Crew! (Need 20 Volunteers)
This would be a wonderful job for a service oriented group (like men's ministry or young adult ministry) that can come in after the event and help us pack up and get out of there at a decent hour!

Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be able and willing to come out and volunteer some of their time at our event!
I thank you, in advance, for your help and look forward to hearing from you soon!

Very Best,

SAVE THE DATE: October 2, 2015,  Gala for Life
