Nevada City CA does a wonderful Constitution Day celebration the weekend of Sept. 12-14. Our family has attended before and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of historical re-enactments, music, and a parade. It is a wonderful American history field trip. Contact: http://www.nevadacitychamber.com/
